What's the plan for plowing the streets? Usually the trucks are out immediately but haven't seen or heard any in Sycamore Knolls. I do understand the crews may be busy with main roads but am curious about when they'll get here. [email protected] 812 606-9466
Need 345 Muller Parkway plowed. Mobile home park. Everyone is stuck
Alexander St. Hasn't been plowed yet.
I live at 1919 E 1st St on the corner of Anita Street. 1st Street is fine but my driveway is on Anita Street (on the north side of 1st) and that has not been plowed. Would very much like to have Anita Street plowed.
The snow was only removed from 2 of the paid parking spaces along the front of Bub's Burger's and Ice Cream on Morton Street. The remaining spots have snow piled or is 10" deep. Is it possible to get this area cleared. Thank you.
Please send a snow plow and treatment to S Derby Drive off of Rohrer Road. This is the main street of a big subdivision and while it may have been plowed once, it was late and the road is a mess with ice and snow.
The parking spaces along North Morton have not been plowed. Thank you.
There is ice everywhere just put some salt down. I alr got rear ended once and there have been so many accidents bc of the ice. For a city that gets so much snow you would think there would be ice. Give me a bag of road salt and i’ll literally do it myself.
The City of Bloomington Street Department uses excessive amounts of salt during minor snowfall. This morning salt is being put down on streets that are completely clear, that still have plenty of salt remaining from what was spread yesterday afternoon. The salt ends up in PILES on the street. This is harmful to the environment, damaging to motor vehicles, and a waste of money and resources. The city could consider use of sand, which is less destructive. If using salt, please consider using much less and spreading it more judiciously. It will still do the job.
