Have not shoveled sidewalks

We have not had a snow plow once up our street and we cannot get out to take care of essential work (husband’s job) plus to care for our elderly parents. We live in Park Ridge East, we figured our road would get one plow at least within the 24 hours since it started snowing. We fear the plows just aren’t coming up our cul de sac. We hope that we can get added to the route soon.

As evidenced by the attached picture, the city plowed a significant amount of snow in front of our mailbox making it inaccessible to the post office. Since the snow will not be melting for a few weeks we need the city to help us access the mailbox by doing a small amount of additional plowing. We are current not able to receive our mail. Gold Casters at 2nd & Washington have snow covered sidewalk. Keneth Kinney says this is absolutely unacceptable.
