snow all over the sidewalks also has a railroad tie over the sidewalk. caller said she has to step over the railroad tie. Also they always leave their trash cans out all the time.
Snow & Ice are not cleared off the driveway & Sidewalks in the 300 & 400 Block of Indiana
snow covers the sidewalks from the corner of 3rd Street down to Covenanter on the west side of street, from corner of 3rd Street down to East Buick Cadillac on the east side of the street, not including Monroe County Bank. Cannot walk on sidewalks, have to walk in street.
