There has been trash on the sidewalk underneath the railroad track on the west side of North Walnut for several months.

There is is tons of junk, tires, trash behind garage, beside garage and house. Also a lot of over growth of weeds, vines, on garage, around house. The back fence is falling and part has fallen. It’s no longer safe. Just drive by..it’s hard to believe no one has done anything & it’s gotten so bad.
