Street cleaning needed - does that get done, off-cycle?

Garbage blocking the sidewalk in front of the house. Dangerous Broken glass on the sidewalk Next door but clearly a part of this mess ( owner of the house next door is a single older woman)
There is a lot of trash in the road and on the surrounding sidewalk.
The Cloverleaf Family Restaurant West Side of Bloomington has an excessive amount of trash and debris outside its back door and dumpster area. Additionally, they have a makeshift smoking area hidden in the bushes in the alley way. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.
Tree trimming occurred along High Street a few weeks ago. Some of the debris was removed by the company contracted to do the trimming but much more was left behind. Will further clean-up be done?
Per EPA Tip or Complaint: My neighbor at 1650 W 8th Street in Bloomington, Indiana is constantly dumping his trash in his own yard. It then proceeds to blow into my yard from wind. If you check the public record of complaints against this property you will see this has been going on for literally years. Cops and local authorities(Housing and Neighborhood Development) only ever fine the tenants, and I'm getting tired of this blatant violation/ disrespect for the environment and neighbors.
On the part of the B-Line trail just south of Switchyard Park, there are a few encampments, with tents, debris and trash to the east of the trail - this is on the first portion of the trail that is unpaved south of the B-Line Trail.
Illegal dumping on CSX Transportation property directly next to B-Line trail. I have contacted the County Solid Waste Department, but they had said they cannot do anything since access would be required on the B-Line trail. Please send me an email at blake@vet-env.com or call me at (260) 416-2558 so we can talk about getting this taken care of. Thanks! -Blake
Townsend, Inc recently cut trees/shrubbery along the west side of High St, under the power lines. They left huge chunks of logs scattered willy nilly all over the side of the road, and it looks absolutely terrible. Many of the logs are up against the fences of the homes backing up to High St., and could become a source of termites, as well as shelter for wildlife that could cause problems by running into the street. I’ve reported multiple dead deer on this stretch of road, hate to have to report more. Please make Townsend or the utility companies rectify this eyesore? Thanks so much.
While I appreciate the effort to create a memorial to the Somme Battle of 1916 along the west side of the 2000 block of S High St (see Townsend, the contractors), can I ask they at least try to be accurate in their depiction of the event. The layout of the random cut logs left to die as martyrs are clearly in opposition to the historical record. Try harder. [[This is an eyesore. Got it?]]
