Rogers Street was closed between 3rd and 4th St. last Week, and I went through the Alley just West of Rogers Street, and there are 4 Cars parked with no License Plates, possibly abandoned, and a Trailer with crap on it parked there that look like they were there when the Garage was built. Someone needs to look into this.
A large, white container filled with construction waste (apparently toxic) has been sitting on the SE corner of Madison and 7th for several months, ever since the construction of the "7-Line" bicycle path.

Since the new tenants moved into 213 S Union, in August 2022, they have been depositing debris/trash (mattress, cardboard, etc.) behind the garage along the north/south alley. Aside from it becoming a potential winter home for rodents, it leads to cars parked in ways that often block both n/s and e/w alleys (they have been ticketed before for blocking traffic entirely.
