There continues to be quite a bit of gravel and sand at the intersection of College Mall Rd and Covenanter. Repeated requests through street department have resulted in no or incomplete action. We are new to Bloomington and just starting to learn our way around etc. We have noticed a mattress dumped over a hillside just off the I69 Exit 120A. It is in the rocks on the right hand side as you enter 46/45 route. Is this city property or state? It looks like a double or queen size mattress. Is this something that the city could get disposed of or it on state property can you please direct me to proper people at the state for disposal. Thank you
