Once again the storm sewer drains in front of my house and across the street are clogged with debris. I do my share of keeping the drains free, but I think it is also incumbent upon the City of do its share. Keep in mind that it is now yet the season when falling leaves block drains and before the area between the street and sidewalk are dug up again to have more broadband fiber laid.

Building recently removed. Now, used construction materials are being stored on the empty lot. Is the property zoned for such use?
Camp set up in forest along high street. Between S 1600-1605 on East Side of High Street. Stove. Campfire remnants. Suitcase and bags. Needles on sidewalk. Can openers. Cans. Concerned about person in this heat and fire danger within forest.

Discarded mattress in front, on Kirkwood. It's been there over a week. Parker Management is unresponsive, a terrible neighbor!
Two sofa have been sitting beside the dumpster behind Kirkwood Village Apartments for weeks. I have called Parker Management to report this issue; the sofa remain. This is not an uncommon occurrence as this dumpster is frequently overloaded and trash blows all over the neighborhood.
Rogers Street was closed between 3rd and 4th St. last Week, and I went through the Alley just West of Rogers Street, and there are 4 Cars parked with no License Plates, possibly abandoned, and a Trailer with crap on it parked there that look like they were there when the Garage was built. Someone needs to look into this.
