Ms. Brinegar stated that it is simking more and more and the water collects there for long periods of time. Mr. Lord expressed concern about the "man-made" potholes around the city. He realizes that he does not live in the city, but still spends money here and is tired of running into these potholes. He wanted to suggest manhole "spacers", the piece of equipment between the manhole cover and the pavement. Call made at approx. 2:00 p.m., August 20, 1997.
