The connection from the street to our driveway is very rough with potholes to the point our cars scrape very bad leaving the driveway. Our driveway is fine it’s just the street that it connects to. We’ve notice the city filling in rough spots in our neighborhood so that’s why I’m submitting a request. Our address is 4201 E Cambridge Dr and it would be much appreciated if the street could get repaired that connects to our driveway. Thanks

The part of the street that connects to our driveway is very chipped up and uneven to the point where our cars scrape leaving the driveway. The driveway is completely fine just the street where it connects. I’ve seen the city filing in rough spots in our neighborhood so that’s why I’m submitting a request.
