College Avenue, especially between 3rd and 1st streets are extremely rough. City streets shouldn't be as damaging as that strip of a main thoroughfare.

In the Grandview neighborhood, especially on Post Road, the asphalt is cracked and missing in several places. Grandview Avenue seems to be all right, but in addition to Post Rd, Staats and Kerry need work.

new pavement: It is good to have Smith Road repaved. It will be even better when the Grandview Drive intersection with Smith Rd is repaved - the east end of Grandview Drive leading west from this intersection is a mess, and very difficult for pedestrians and bicyclists to use. Grandview Drive gets a lot of traffic often as a short cut when 10th is blocked. It does need to be resurfaced.
