turning east onto THornton from Maxwell is not safe for cyclists. Lots of potholes and loose sand and gravel in the right lane on Thornton. All of South Maxwell has a lot of very rough pavement also.
On N. Oolitic near 11th St there is a deep cut in the road where I assume utility work was done but the cut is dangerous as it will destroy a car. There is no sign to alert a car that it is there, and it needs to be filled in or a metal sheet needs to be placed over it until the complete repair can be done. I thought my tires were going to blow out yesterday when I drove over it and I drove very slowly over it because I was aware already that it was there. Please stop ignoring the road conditions around here (Lindbergh and Oolitic between 11th and 17th) and please fix them asap.
5th Street between Jefferson and Union streets is beyond the repair of simply fixing pot holes. Some of the damage on the street is due to property owners fixing their sewer lines and then not repaving the street. The location is on 5th street south of the house.
The alley next to my house has a deep ditch from water runoff. Hoping you can come and level it off, so my car doesn't get damaged. It's at the entrance to the alley, 516 S. Highland Ave. Thank you!
Pot holes in street. Located corner of clark and east fifth street. These have been there for MONTHS.
Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right. There is a void under the street that appears to be a sinkhole at the NorthWest corner of 422 S. Washington St.
The hole in the ground right now intersection of spring Street and West 8th Street that you guys have been out multiple times to fix over the last 4 years
In the middle of the intersection of 4th and College, there is a manhole cover. It is in the east bound lanes of 4th Street as they cross over College Avenue. On the south side of this manhole cover, there is a MASSIVE pot hole. If you are biking on 4th headed east, as so many people do, that pothole is just waiting to grab hold of your front tire, latch on to it, and spit you out head first over the handlebars, smacking into the pavement. Someone will go down. Just a matter of time. A scooter probably won't stand a chance either.
