In the Grandview neighborhood, especially on Post Road, the asphalt is cracked and missing in several places. Grandview Avenue seems to be all right, but in addition to Post Rd, Staats and Kerry need work.
The edge of the street in front of our house is breaking up. Lots of pretty big lumps of broken asphalt. It is not an emergency, but it would be hard on tires to drive through the rubble.
I reported this issue back in April. No one has touched it. There is a massive track about a foot deep right off the edge of the road. It is constantly full of mud and water that worsens every time it rains. Please take care of this before winter!!
new pavement: It is good to have Smith Road repaved. It will be even better when the Grandview Drive intersection with Smith Rd is repaved - the east end of Grandview Drive leading west from this intersection is a mess, and very difficult for pedestrians and bicyclists to use. Big pothole when turning onto the bypass from 17th.
This pot hole on S Stull Avenue has been here for years. It’s been filled a few times, but after the garage trucks run through it a few times it’s an open hole again. It needs a permanent fix. The road around it is starting to break up also.

Grandview Drive gets a lot of traffic often as a short cut when 10th is blocked. It does need to be resurfaced.
