The newly paved section in Third street is subsiding. I think this was for the sewer hookup at the new apartment building at Third and Grant. There is a hole forming at the corner of Third and Lincoln.

On Bloomfield Rd, in the westbound lane just west of Patterson - right before the driveway into Allied Electric supply, there is a sinkhole forming near (within 10 feet) of the sewer cover.

The entire ally needs paved, not just a little bit of covering scattered here and there, actually resurfaced and paved. I can hardly get into or out of my gravel drive way without knocking the front of my car on the street because of the missing street in front of my driveway or when I pull into the ally from the side streets. A little while back sooner men came and put some pavement in like they were patching potholes...this didn't work. The whole thing needs repaved please and thank you.
