We moved into a new house in Hidden Meadow in May of this year, and after 6 months we still do not have a street sign. Our address is 5274 N Filbert Drive, Bloomington, 47404, our street name is N Filbert Dr. This is a safety and liability concern, if emergency vehicles – fire, ambulance, or police had to find one of the houses on our street, they would be unable to, especially since our street still doesn’t show up on Google maps. The thought of something bad happening to a member my family or to me and knowing that help might not find us is very unsettling. We’ve waited for 6 months and still no sign. I'm not sure who to contact, and whether it is the city, the planning department, or the developer who is responsible for street signs, but I'm hoping you can help me figure out who I can contact - if it isn't your office. The intersection of Henderson and E North Drive floods really badly. North bound traffic runs through a pool even if it barely rains. With heavy rains it is very dangerous. Traffic coming east bound from E North, turning left can barely get traction on the road.

The road needs repaved at the end of Habitat Street where it connects to Hopewell Street. Also, big ruts and ditches are being made on the east side of the road on Hopewell.
