When turning onto Gilbert Drive from Walnut Street, a significant portion of the road (on the south side) has eroded. As cars swerve to avoid the road damage on the way into the neighborhood, they sometimes come face to face with an oncoming vehicle seeking to exit the neighborhood. Infrastructure pothole. It likes like a previous black top utility cut patch requires a second filling. The concrete barricade forces drivers to "hit" the pot hole.
