uReport Case #166260: Hi, This repair has not been made yet. There are no indications that a utility locator service has marked the immediate area. The cone disappeared a long time ago & school buses keep running over the storm inlet. Was wondering when the repair might happen? If the grate collapses, it's going to seriously damage a vehicle. 3 huge pot holes in a row across Judd Ave where road was cut for utility crossing. This is getting really bad and it is difficult to get through without hitting one of the holes even if you know where they are. These need repaired ASAP. Thank you! Pam Fargo (812) 327-2028

The asphalt is buckling for some reason, and is getting worse. Can someone please come out and examine the problem (in case there's a larger problem) and repair the asphalt, too? We're trying to avoid parking-related issues.
A semi truck pulling an excavator ran over the stop sign in front of my house and teared up my yard and tree in the process. The name of the company pulling the trailer was HTI and the truck number was 1228, the license plate was covered.
