There is a large, both wide and deep, pothole on Fullerton Pike on the right side of the road as you're approaching the intersection at Leonard Springs. There's actually a few along there, but one in particular is rather large.

From a citizen: West-bound lane of E. 3rd near intersection of Smith Road, looks like a small access cover has been dislocated or damaged so that jagged metal is sticking up out of the road.
Pothole, westbound lane of Moores Pike near the northern edge of the road, a few yards east of the intersection with Smith Road. Needs repair, is getting larger and the asphalt on the outer edge of the road is also cracking and settling below the level of the road.

There is a crack in the culvert under I-69. It was made by welding a coiled plate of steel into a pipe, but one of the welds is broken/missing. This is causing soil near the broken weld to wash into the pipe. if left unchecked, it could create a cavity around the pipe and sinkhole under I-69.
