From a citizen: West-bound lane of E. 3rd near intersection of Smith Road, looks like a small access cover has been dislocated or damaged so that jagged metal is sticking up out of the road.
Pothole, westbound lane of Moores Pike near the northern edge of the road, a few yards east of the intersection with Smith Road. Needs repair, is getting larger and the asphalt on the outer edge of the road is also cracking and settling below the level of the road.

Multiple potholes, uneven pavement

There is a crack in the culvert under I-69. It was made by welding a coiled plate of steel into a pipe, but one of the welds is broken/missing. This is causing soil near the broken weld to wash into the pipe. if left unchecked, it could create a cavity around the pipe and sinkhole under I-69. Large pothole in that area
Multiple pavement issues in culdesac of W Mill Run. See picture. Also, when you turn onto N Union Valley Rd from 45/46, the right lane has a bunch of potholes in one spot.
