I have reported this now for last 4 years and nothing has been done. I have multiple large pot holes in front of my driveway. The street is also bubbling up and cracked all over from freeze. The road is turning into gravel and gets all in my drive and yard non stop. We pay a lot on tax and would really appreciate this getting repaired and repaved. Thanks.

Large pothole on 7th St. very close to in front of the the street entrance to the LGBTQ+ Culture Center.
There is a pothole in eastbound Allen St.
I am not sure whether to be concerned or not. I see ticket 183241 has been closed. It is a redo of ticket #183212. My concern is that in the tracking entries, the address was changed to 529 N Plymouth Road which is not my address. My address is 553 N Plymouth Road a few houses down. If you look at the entries on Ticket #183241 and the sequence of entries, the address is changed in the comments. Please advise.
Hello, I submitted #183212 and received an email saying there was not address. Part of completing the form asks for an address so I don't know what happened. The address is 553 N Plymouth Road, Parkridge East, Bloomington, IN The access from the street to my driveway is breaking down and needs repair. Again, the address is 553 N Plymouth Road. Heirloom Drive has one or two wide, deep potholes right next to each other. I unfortunately hit it with my car and thought it might damage my axel it was so bad. Thank you!
