During the evening of April 12th around 10:30 pm, I was driving home in the south bound lane when we hit a pothole right after house number 8495 on North Old State Road 37. Both of my rims on the passenger side were bent because of the pothole.

Alley way between S Fess Ave (behind 612 S Fess Ave) and S Henderson Avenue (side of 609 S Henderson Ave) - getting large pot holes that are getting progressively worse
The alley running along 609 Henderson between Henderson & Fess has multiple large potholes in the gravel that are pooling water & hard to avoid
Alley way running along the covered parking edge between Henderson and Fess Ave running along the side of 609 Henderson and 612 S Fess Ave- large potholes throughout the alley pooling water
The alley running along 609 Henderson in between Fess Ave & Henderson, pot holes throughout alley gotten bad again with increased rain
The alley running along 609 S Henderson in between Henderson and Fess Ave- the whole alley needs filled in large holes have formed from water run off & increased traffic
Alley way going from 612 S Fess Ave to 609 S Henderson St. has large holes needing filled with gravel
The gravel driveway running between Fess & Henderson along 609 Henderson & 612 Fess Ave, large holes coming off of the parking lot in between the properties as well as for some reason some filled prior holes with asphalt but the rest is gravel
Jason with Republic Services here. Alley behind our customer Pavilion Properties has massive potholes. This is a safety issue for use since we have to push and pull dumpsters down the alley.
