Our tap water is coming out of our sink with considerably less pressure than normal, and is an opaque white color. The water clears up in a few minutes and there is no lasting sediment, but it's happening with cold and hot water which is not normal for our house. We've recently had a snow plow get stuck on the fire hydrant outside of our home - not sure if that would be connected at all to this problem as the hydrant doesn't appear damaged. Water is coming out of the faucet yellow this morning. It is also yellow coming out of the garden hose. What is causing this? I am concerned it is unsafe to use.
