My water suddenly started having an orange tint. I notice when I was filling up my dog's water. The water went from clear, then changed to a light orange tint. I noticed around 9:00pm 11/8/2018
I contacted James last week since our water was yellow/brown when turned hot. He said to let the water run for a few minutes then put water from each faucet, hot and cold, into 2 clear water jars, from each faucet. The color is still present, but the water is much clearer. Hello, I live at 646 Bayberry Ct W and have been drinking tap water for years. My impression is that the taste changed significantly for the worse about a month or so ago. There was one day when it was so bad that I could not swallow it. It improved somewhat after that but still has much more of an after-taste than in the past, in spite of the fact that I bought myself a water filter. What is the cause of this and what can/will you do about it? I really don't want to have to start buying bottled water again.
Reported Anonymously. 310 N. Pete Ellis Dr. and also a location on Smith Road, described as a small brick house behind a church off of 46, but the address is unknown for that location. He described unauthorized chemicals (diesel fuel) being sprayed on the grassy areas, with some of it going into a small creek behind the property. There are also animals in the vicinity that are endangered. The names he gave of the people spraying were Norman Deckard (sp.) and Walt Insted (sp.).
After seeing the water run clear all summer in Jackson Creek (I think that's what runs in front of the Shoppes on College Mall Rd.) this morning the water was very muddy and there was the smell of dead fish. Since there has not been rain recently it seems like something has been dumped in there. Something doesn't seem right about it anyway.
Several homes in the Stonechase Developement have noticed the water tastes like it is coming out of a hose or metal like. We would like to have our water tested or information given to correct the problem.
Just wondered if there was a way to find out about drinking water advisories and boil orders that aren't checking this website every day. Is there such a thing as signing up for a text alert for this service? Thanks for your time.
