The water has tasted horrible for the past two weeks. I called and they said it was safe and would be resolved soon. It is terrible. It smells and tastes unbearable. Please resolve this soon. We pay a LOT of money for utilities.

WHITE STUFF IN HER HOT WATER MOSTLY
Ms. Emerson called Dillman Road WWTP on 5/20/97 at 3:52 p.m. and complained that her drinking water had white and gray hunks. She said that these hunks were mostly in her hot water.
Customer has noticed odor in her water. Description: "like a wet dog smells". 4/29/97: SG telephoned customer - advised customer lab will visit for check of water.
