Customer called last on 4/15/98. SG checked on problem with sediments. Found nothing out of ordinary. Advised customer to call back in 6-8 weeks if still experiencing a problem. Customer did not call and case was closed. Customer called back today (3/26/99). Sg made visit same day. Customer said chips of sediment were much larger than before. SG provided customer handout information sheets on "dip tube" water heater problem. Advised customer to have a plumber check it and call sg back.

Ms. O'Donnell called on 3/10/99 to complain that the water coming out of her taps is cloudy and has been that way since January 1999.
