When I try to log in in order to pay my bill, I get a "Server error". I have tried several times, with two different browsers. So I thought I could at least view my bill, because I'm writing out my budget for the next pay period, and there is no way to simply access my bill to view it without going through the payment function -- which is non-functional. This new interface is NOT user friendly.
I've tried IE11, Chrome and Edge and keep getting the same error when trying to View Bills in the esuite Utilities application. Thanks.

To whom it may concern, I received a water bill that stated that my house used 15 units of water, when we average around 4 units. I called to discuss this bill and had an extremely poor experience. I was connected to a customer service representative, Laurie, who treated me very unprofessionally. As I was explaining my situation, Laurie devalued my statements, spoke over me, laughed at me, and negated everything that I said. To say that I am disappointed with the quality of service is an understatement. I have always had a positive experience with the City of Bloomington, however, this was an anomaly. I hope that the proper actions will be taken. Thank you.

The website sited in the letter we received today does not do what the letter describes. There is no way to pay my bill online or view my account as the letter describes. And when I call - I get a recording that says to call back later. Why was this letter sent out before your website was ready?
You no longer accept payments online?! What Einstein made that decision? Most services are expanding their online payment options. CBU has discontinued it.
