Letter from Ms. Henderson stated that she communicated to Util. Dept. personnel several times that she bought property that previous was on auto withdrawal for payment. She states she was assured that the January bill would not be to the account of previous owners. It was sent to wrong account, however. Ms. Henderson states she has had problems with Util. Dept. personnel in getting account straightened many times. Letter was sent to Mayor Kruzan.

Ever since the new meter was installed, my bill has been around $27 higher. I have called Customer Service every month or more. The only advice they had was toilet leakage and sent me blue stuff to check for leaks. I did this and found no leaks. I am unable to find any leaks in my home so I think the meter is the problem. Customer service won't even talk to me anymore which is very poor and rude service. If they can't help, they should pass you to someone else instead of ignoring you. I would appreciate some help from your end as I don't know anything else to do. Your bill shows me using twice the water the old meter said. 4000 gallons and I live alone. There is no way I use that much. Something is wrong somewhere and if I can't find the problem, it's your job.

I live in a condo area. Each unit has its own water meter and there is a master meter for the whole community. We are not billed according to the actual consumption but to the footage of each unit. Since it is caculated in this way, I have to pay 70 to 80 dollars a month and there are just two people in my household. I used to live in a unit where the monthly bill was $30 to $40 and it was paid to Bloomington Utilities. Now the water bill is quite unaffordable for a low-income family like mine. I just don't understand why we can't be billed individually based on our usage since we have separate meters. That would be a fair practice for every unit here.

I know I'm supposed to find my new account number on my new bill to log into the new system to pay my utilities bill. I've waited a couple of months now, but haven't received a new utility bill (via mail).
I got my account # via Alan Schertz and will pay as much of my utility bill as I can when I get paid tomorrow, but I just wanted to let you know I'm not receiving my bill anymore. Thanks!

I emailed a couple days ago about my service and having problems with my billing situations. I received one bill since I moved in and after I paid it i did not receive anymore. I was called and informed that I owe 140 odd dollars on this account, which i have no problem with since it is what is due. The only problem is the bill that I got for the first month at this location must have a different account number than where I am currently being charged because when I look up the balance it states zero. Is there anyway I can get my actual account number so I can pay this off. I tried to call today but the office was closed due to elections, but i would probably need my account number anyways to pay it. I would greatly appreciate your help in this situation, somewhere down the road things must have gotten switched around or confused. Thank you for your time.

Dana Leann Mobley called questioning why she is being billed for wastewater. Claims she is on septic. However, upon review of CUBS acct, it appears that she was part of the SR 48 project and the State paid her connection fees. Nancy has previous knowledge of this acct. Please review and contact customer back at 336-1095. Her address is 5414 W SR 48. System couldn't find the address.
