I have had CBU for 2 years my water bill never exceeded $50. My utility bill this month was increased 50% to $100. I am a senior citizen I have not changed my water or sewer usage. I would like to know why such a large increase. Please advise Vera Gayheart 43951-013
Customer would like adjustment on large bill due to watering during the month of September 2004.
Mr. Routen called to complain about his bill being too high ($38.04 monthly with $17.70 ww charge). He wants an explanation and "will do everything he can to get CBU management out."
Is the Wastewater Usage charge of $46.56 a new item or an error? If error, will the overpayment be credited on the next billing cycle?
Water is currently running on the toilet always draining the overflow. Also toliet top lid broke when trying to figure out issues
Received latest water bill - water usage was billed for 16,000 gallons, well above usual average of 5,000-8,000 gallons.
Letter requested appeal before USB due to large bill caused by heavy waterins in September 2004. Will be notified of next USB Admin. Subcommittee mtg. date and time.
My utility bill is almost $200 a month. I have had a Plumber make adjustments to toilets to ensure none are malfunctioning. I’m wondering if there is a leak somewhere. Could you tell me if you can help assess this? Thanks
Our water bill has been extremely high ever since we have moved in due to water leak and running water. About a week ago the city of Bloomington came out and fixed our system outside of our home. When I called the receptionist said our December bill looked normal but our previous bills are not normal. We should have a 0 balance and some type of credit on our account after paying hundreds of dollars for the past few months. Now we are receiving a disconnect notice after just paying 200$.
