Letter rec'd. from Mr. Lauer stating that he did not feel that he should be responsible for rent owed by former tenant, Jeff Barrett. Mr. Lauer says he did not receive notice of the 2-years bills and would like matter referred to USB for resolution.

My water bill is charging us for over 33k gallons of water used last month which did not happen. We had maintenance check for leaks and they saw nothing so we believe there is an issue with the meter
We have a very large past-due balance on our bill that doesn't make sense to me. We have paid the bill on time every single time since we moved in august 2023. In November there was a leak and we got a statement credit to cover that cost which reduced the bill to zero for that month. but Since then, there has been a large past due balance that I don't really understand. Whatever information you can provide me would be great thank you
We have recently purchased the home at 835 Sheridan Dr. Bloomington. I would like to pay the water bill for this online as we are not fully moved there yet. I wish that on the online billing for water/sewer bills you could set it up to allow you in advance to pick the date to pay your bill like other companies do like Vectren and Duke. At this time if you want to pay your bill on the due date you have to wait til the due date to pay it. Very inconvenient. I like going on line and set up manually when to pay my bills but can't do this with Bloomington utilities.

Ms. Jane Fedorky, 3201 S. Tapps Turn Road, called and requested that the water credit be extended through at least September 1999 to account for the extremely dry weather this year.
Mr. Lenthe called and stated that he wants the watering credit be extended to September 1999 since the weather has been so dry. He has new grass and needs to do extensive watering.
