I think my water meter is switched with my neighbors. Both water meters are in the same hole. After verifying that neither water meter was reading water usage, I turned on a faucet in my house. The water meter that was moving when I had my water running was not the meter listed on my bill.
My water bill and sewer bill have tripled in price over the last 2 months. Please look into this

A leaking water valve related to lawn irrigation system was discovered during inspection of the system. Apparently was leaking for several summer months. It had a slow leak when system was idling but had a significant leak when irrigation was occurring. I am requesting a bill adjustment for at least September and October water and sewer service, though the problem likely started in July. We've been charged an exorbitant amount in the water bill for December. The house was empty with no tenant for more than half the month with all the water supply turned off. It is impossible that the meter reading has come to such a high number! Even if the house was in use for the entire month still the consumption has never cost over 70-90 dollars. Please check into the readings and the bill as this is an atrocious for us students to pay!

I received a bill for the month of September, but I have not lived in this apartment since August
We received a notice on our door that our water usage was higher than usual--"30 gallons per hour used." Could this be from watering our garden about every-other day over the last couple of weeks? Should we be concerned? Since we can't access the meter ourselves, is there a way we could get meter readings over a two- or three-hour period when we're not intentionally using any water?
My water bill is charging us for over 33k gallons of water used last month which did not happen. We had maintenance check for leaks and they saw nothing so we believe there is an issue with the meter
