The yard on the corner of N. Stoneycrest Road and Winding Way is a jungle. I have not seen anyone come out of that house for years. Grass is high and weeds and trees have taken over. It is a terrible eyesore for our neighborhood. I can't see the address because it isn't listed on the mailbox, but you can't miss it. The one next to it on Stoneycrest has grass over eight inches high as well.

Please hold the owners of the commercial building for sale on the b-line by the pickle ball
courts accountable for their property. There is trash and overgrowth everywhere! This is a huge eyesore for a otherwise nice area that tax payers spent a lot of money on and to maintain!

Property isn't being maintained. Please note - it is not the homeowner's responsibility to maintain the common property - it is the responsibility of the Winslow Farm Community Association. All areas around the ponds are overgrown and represent a hazard. The area next to 612 E Winslow Farm Dr. is overgrown (picture above) as well.

2412 s Madison st overgrown over my fence and into my fence and will ruin it. I am having my fence painted soon I need this corrected. I own at least a foot on other side of my fence so I can maintain it and it.

I reported Tall Grass/Weeds at 3521 & 3523 S. Burks Ct. 47401, about July 10, 2025. Case# 204132. When I checked on the case, (because mowing has not been done), it says the case is closed as of 7/18/2025. That was 4 days ago. How long do you give the tenants/owners to resolve this issue? My address is 322 South Buckner St. the problem area is 323 S Davisson St. we share a grass alley that is owned by the city which I mow the majority of The FALLING overgrowth comes from 323 S Davisson rental property. The overgrowth is very high and unsafe for the mowing crew I hire. The previous you report was a total screwup so this is the corrected version.

The grass is the heighth of Andre the Giant. When leaving the mobile home park, one has to pull into intersection to see traffic coming west from 1st street. Due to this, collision is a higher possibility when needing to turn east on first street.
