Referring to Closed case # 188519 (May 22: Citation issued). This concerns an unkempt lawn at 1709 E Circle Drive. The lawn is still in the same state as before. Maybe time for another visit?
Weed and brush overgrowth on West side of the B-Line, between 2nd and 3rd street, is getting very heavy again. Understand this is something that is normally cut back twicw a year, in the Spring and Fall. Please look into doing the Spring cut-back as soon as feasible. Thanks.
Low overhanging branches at the corner of 1709 E Circle Drive and the 900th block of S Eastside Drive. Property owners at 1709 Circle drive?
Yard is overgrown with grass and weeds and has not been mown in months. House appears to be abandoned.
The property has not had the grass mowed all summer and will now need to be bush hogged and has a huge area of debris and wood in the front.
Westplex and 3rd south west corner. All growing up I see homeless wake in there all the time. It is owened by same people the owen the Quaters apt. What I have researched it's a Tailwind Group out on MN. Didn't know if the realtor could help out.
Revisiting closed cases #188519, 188925, 188988, all concerning 1709 E Circle Drive. Citations have been issued, but the yard is still as unkempt as it was (and worse) since it was first reported on May 19, 2024. Also, branches are still overhanging and hit my car antenna when I go around the curve towards Eastside Drive. If you give me a valid reason why this is acceptable, I will stop bugging you about these 2 things.
Hunter foot path between Eastside Drive and Mitchell is half overgrown. Also on the one side there is a dead redbud tree.
Reporting for a citizen who called the Parks Department about neighbor's overgrown lawn at 719 West 11th Please investigate.
