with regards to case 192882. I just saw that her yard was mowed by a neighbor, therefore you will not see the violation. Neighbors become so frustrated that they will occasionally mow the yard. That is not fair to them. She needs to be fined. Also she permits people (possibly IU students) to stay there without electricity and water. I have not checked to see if she is registered with the city for a rental property, but seriously doubt she is. She owes fees to our Community Association and we have a lien on her house for fees owed.

Neighbor at 5885 weeds are taller than my garage and are starting to come onto my property and push my fence over. It’s been like this too long.

At 731 S Parkway Dr the yard is extremely unkept. Grass not mowed, weeds are high, shrubs so overgrown you can’t see front door, they are as tall as the house, up to the gutters. Back yard is overgrown also. Neighbors are concerned. You can see a kiddie pool surrounded by weeds. The driveway has junk cars with flat tires and a dumpster is permanently in the driveway. If the inside is as bad as the outside it is unfit to live in especially for children. Please do something. Neighbors know this has been reported for years and nothing changes. I would think the school bus driver would report it. Summer time people take walks and everyone sees this run down property. Pest control services in the area told us they wouldn’t go back to the house it was so bad inside from his view from the front door. The mailman has to see it. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!

3620 S. Kingsbury Ave. Debris in front yard from the storm we had a couple months ago. Shrubs are overgrown. Some limbs from storm hanging in the downspout on the west side of the house. Property looks very unkempt unlike the rest of the homes on our street.

Large (20+ ') Ailanthus altissima (so-called "tree of heaven", noxious and prohibited) trees growing on NE corner of lot, close to sidewalks. Another opportunity for HAND to connect with residents and make more friends.
