New property owner purchased building in August. It has only been maintained once since ownership (the first week it was owned). There has been no exterior maintenance since (mowing, leaf pickup, etc). This pertains to 421 E Hillside as well.
Always trash overflowing into the yard. Old furniture sitting out. Drug traffic. Have notice expired tags on vehicle.

The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. Caller states that there is bamboo growing at the brookdale property on the east side behind the homes on Claybridge. He said he talked to us last summer.
