Grass too long, front and back. Also, utility wires hanging dangerously with a foot of the ground in the back, and vines are growing up all the trees (viewable from alley on south side.) Property is a mess in general (Parker Rentals).

This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.
Empty lot South of 2504 S. Madison has grass 3 feet tall. This is the second time I've had to report this already this year. Owners CONSTANTLY ignore their property and it looks abandoned 90% of the time.
Grass has not been mowed in front of the Quarry Property

Lawn has not been mowed in weeks. It's currently over 2 feet tall.
Lawn is waist high. Hasn’t been cut yet in 2023. Please do something about it.
