E-mail states that the property to the left of this address has not been taken care of for 3 years. The last time she complained they used a weed whip on the front 2 feet of their yard. Excessive growth into streets

When trying to make a turn from Orris Dr onto W. 11th St, the excessive growth from this home obscures the view enough to where a driver has to stick the nose of his/her car all the way out on 11th to be able to see if the way is clear. Obviously, this is dangerous. It could cause an accident with cars, schools busses running to and from Tri-North, or any pedestrian walking down the sidewalk - which, in and of itself, is obscured.

The overgrowth at 913 W. 11th St is obscuring the view for drivers turning from Orris Dr to W. 11th Street t the point where a driver has to pull the nose of his/her car all the way out onto 11th St to see if the way is clear. Obviously, this could cause accidents with other cars, school busses going to/from Tri-North, or pedestrians crossing on the sidewalk.
