Hello, I manage Winslow Farm Community Association. The owners in Sweetbriar are complaining about homeless living in the woods between their houses and Graham Drive. This area is actually owned by the City - parcels numbers 53-08-09-405-010.000-009 and 53-08-09-405-009.000-009. Could the City please clear out the brush so it's not easy for people to hide here? My neighbor has many five gallon buckets lined up next to his house filled with water. I am worried that they will spread mosquitos and disease and they are right next to my property. The owner doesn't live there (no one does). Can you please tell him to turn the buckets over? I thought I read that this was against some ordinance. The address of his house is 1413 w 11th st.
