Re case # 164723 (Supposedly resoled)
Grass has been cut. Absolutely correct. But how about the E First sidewalk towards Rose? I do not see any improvement there. Low-hanging branches hitting me in the face and arms.
Also, another problem has arisen: corner of Eastside and E First: long vegetation is starting to impair the view to the left where cars may be coming out of nothing from E First.

Excessive Growth:
Other: E First Street: Vegetation encroaching on the sidewalk between Rose and Eastside Drive. Also, unkempt lawn (again) on 721 Eastside.

Lakeview Drive, in the 47404 area code, has two houses that are abandoned. One is condemned and I am uncertain of the status of the other property. The house on 5028 North Lakeview (I believe it is 5028) has several abandoned cars in front of the house. It has not been mowed for at least 3 years. The guttering has also began to fall off the house. The house on what I believe is 5080 North Lakeview Drive is condemned. The yard has not been mowed this year and the yard has trash and household items such as a television laying in the front yard.
Thank you for your time.

Tony lives at 514 W Davis St. #12 and is calling about a neighboring rental property on the corner of W. Davis St. and S. Rogers St. He doesn't know the exact address, but it's the property right on the corner. The grass and shrubs are overgrown; the property looks unkempt and the overgrowth could harbor snakes and other pests.

Complaint that his neighbor, Alex Gul, is not moving his lawn; it is extremely overgrown (at 5 feet), would like someone to come in and get it mowed

About once a year, the alley ways need trimmed back of the bushes that overgrow into them. The area of concern are the alley going north/south just east of the Atwater Ave Subway restaurant between Atwater and Hunter, and the one going east west from Woodlawn to Faculty Dr. I drive these alleys daily and have noticed the branches have gotten to the point of needing trimmed. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Intersection of Ruby and Circle Drive. This is part of the Allen-Covenanter Greenway for cyclists. The other day I was coming from Circle, ready to turn left on Ruby, when I almost hit a cyclist on Ruby, whom I had not seen because of the high grasses in the yard of the Ruby-Circle Drive corner house. Maybe the 2 bushes closest to the intersection could be cut back, for better visibility for motorists coming from Circle Drive.

Repeat complaint: the overhanging branches on Atwater, close to the corner of Swain and Atwater are still there. One has to step into the road when one does not want to be hit by them. I reported this weeks ago, nothing has been done about it.

The culvert that comes from under West Kirkwood and runs east in an open ditch between Kirkwood and 4th street is very overgrown with bushes and trees growing in the structural limestone. It has not been cleared for at least eight years.

West Pointe subdivision (enter from Allen/Larkspur or Adams/Woodhill) -- MANY houses that are rentals or vacant have excessive growth. Need to drive through entire neighborhood to see the many that need to be addressed. Some sidewalks are covered in weeds.
Also, several homes have excessive mold on the exterior, one house has the garage door removed and sitting inside garage (been this way for months).
Tree limbs that need trimmed; hazard when walking (need to look through neighborhood for several homes with this issue).
