Adding a photo to the report I made yesterday, #183806. I've knocked on the door a couple times to connect with my new neighbors (house bought this past fall) before making this report but there is never anyone home.

Resident’s lawn is overgrown well beyond a foot tall
Lawn has not been mowed and grass is over 18in tall.
Grass is over 3 feet tall
Grass is about a foot high in the yard and bush is over the sidewalk.
