The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. The bicycle and pedestrian path between Nota Drive and Maxwell Lane is very overgrown with bushes from adjoining properties. The branches are growing several inches into the path. It's narrow for one person and very narrow for two, especially when one person is with their bike. I'll send pictures the next time I'm passing through.

There appears to be a massive area of the near backyard of this home that is viewable from the street and potentially being shared to the yard east of this property and undoubtedly more of the golden bamboo.
Garbage cans of unbagged trash has been sitting in front of property for 2 to 3 weeks. Much of the trash is now scattered out of the cans. There has been no effort to pick it up.
