Received memorandum via fax from Monroe County Attorneys Office re abandoned vehicles on 1813 W. Gray St. and on neighboring lots. Mr. Siedl reported that a person named Wayne Moore (the son of a neighboring property owner) was responsible for placing abandoned vehicles on his property and other lots. SEE ATTACHED FAX
