130 and 132 Pinewood Dr. Garbage is left out 2 or 3 weeks at a time, untagged. When it is put out tagged, they miss the collection, and leave it at the curb until the next collection.

1401 S Rogers has been vacant and empty since last year. Garage has rats because of garbage left there. The grass has not been cut and is extremely tall. She owns the apartment building, 1405 S Rogers, which is next door.

The first alley east on Pine St. on West Kirkwood has lots of weeds, trees hanging over the alley which scrapes vehicles passing through, and a shed build on the City ROW.
