Grass is so high, in the field on the west side of Pete Ellis Dr., you can't walk on the sidewalk, also mud from a utility project makes walking difficult.
Residents who live directly across the street from the complex (321 E. 14th St.) are dumping their trash in the dumpster located to the north side of the complex. Ms. Sadler stated that she called the Police Dept. and they referred her to HAND.
The dumpster on the north side of 705 N. Grant St. is overflowing; litter blowing everywhere. Ms. Easton stated that the dumpster needs emptied more often.
10-12 bags of garbage piled in the back of the house.
weeds and trees growing into the alley forcing cars closer to Burnham's house. The house actually was clipped once by a truck trying to keep away from the over growth. John reports the yard at this house is just out of control.
Grass in the back yard is 4 1/2 feet tall. Ms. Baxter was unsure about the address and said that the house is limestone with a burgandy van in the driveway.
Ms. Kielhl called last November (AO # 2655) regarding dead tree which she says is in utility easement. Tree is rotten, ugly and a hazard to kids who play near there. Tree is in NE corner of her lot. She feels City or utility co. should have it removed. (I know that Lee checked this out last year, but I don't recall how it was resolved. She says she never heard from anyone.) Someone had Davey Tree trim it, but she says it should be removed.
Trash on front yard. Trash bags are open and litter everywhere.
Tenants consistently refuse (wk to wk) to remove refuse cans from streetside.
