Officer said when westbound on E University and South Henderson intersection, there is a hedge obstructing view of oncoming traffic.
The alley behind Mrs. Gwin, from 15th to 16th St, is over grown with weeds. Since 1940, she has always kept it mowed. She's 81, was just in the hospital, so can no longer do so. City crews have graveled and trimmed the rest of the entire alley from Walnut to Dunn, except the block behind her. She feels it's time for the city to take over this part of the alley too.
the property at the Southwest corner of 16th & Woodburn Ave has been vacant for 7 years, and is on a large wooded lot. The yard is uncared for. Complaintant saw a rat go into the structure.
Weeds are all grown up. The grass is too high, and there is trash in the yard.

Truck owned by Pat Gray who lives on W. 11th St.
