Occupant is Daniel Bynum. Neighbor believes he is in late 80's, and is very confused. Adult Protective Service told her to call us about yard. He is dumping garbage and newspapers in back, and lawn is unmowed. He lives alone, and Adult Protective Services will try to help him.
Mr. Taliaferro called to say that the weeds in the field near his home need to be cut down because they've become overgrown. He sees this as a potential danger.
There are 2 1/2 foot weeds behind Service Merchandise at the corner of Longview Ave. & Kingston Drive, and they are drawing a lot of insects.
Quantity of construction waste and old kitchen equipment in and around their fenced dumpster on the NE corner of lot. Area looks bad and it has forced them to move dumpster out of fenced area. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

The grass in this yard is over 2 feet tall, and there are dead shrubs by the driveway. The yard is too tall for lawnmower, needs bushhogging. property at NorthEast corner of W. Sunset Ave. and Westwood.
Several neighbors have commented that the weeds/grass at 541 S Westwood are very high.
Neighbors turned front yard into circular drive a year ago, piles of cement, and dirt are still there. It's an eyesore, also uncut weeds around it. This is in Hyde Park.
The vacant lot at Pinewood Dr. & Pinewood Lane is unmowed. It is owned by the city. The grass is past knee high. Complaintant mowed it himself at least once last year. The company the city hired to cut this lot has only mowed it once this year.
The retaining wall behind the sidewalk is falling down. There are stones on the sidewalk, or kicked off into the trees, and more stones ready to fall. These are large stones.
