Occupant is Daniel Bynum. Neighbor believes he is in late 80's, and is very confused. Adult Protective Service told her to call us about yard. He is dumping garbage and newspapers in back, and lawn is unmowed. He lives alone, and Adult Protective Services will try to help him.

Neighbors turned front yard into circular drive a year ago, piles of cement, and dirt are still there. It's an eyesore, also uncut weeds around it. This is in Hyde Park.

The vacant lot at Pinewood Dr. & Pinewood Lane is unmowed. It is owned by the city. The grass is past knee high. Complaintant mowed it himself at least once last year. The company the city hired to cut this lot has only mowed it once this year.

The retaining wall behind the sidewalk is falling down. There are stones on the sidewalk, or kicked off into the trees, and more stones ready to fall. These are large stones.
