Has lived there 1 1/1 mos. Neighbors have trash all over yard. Can't even tell there is a yard. Has complained before (see C2206 & C1403) House appears to be mostly vacant - can't tell if anyone lives there.
At the corner of Park/Wilson the lawn needs to be mowed.
Vehicles, chairs, ladders, & garbage in front yard. Front porch full of junk. Some trash in back too.

tall grass ** address approximate caller stated that when you turn off of Grimes it is the 2nd or 3rd property "you can see it"
ON THE ALLEY WEST OF WASHINGTON, THERE ARE WEEDS AND TRASH FROM THIS PROPERTY ON THE NEIGHBOR'S YARD.
(TAKEN BY JR) OWNED BY HTRC- HAS CALLED AGENT REGARDING TRASH BOTTLES IN ALLEY. HE CLAIMS TRASH ALONG STREET BY POWER STATION IS OUT ON DUNN/INDIANA , CLAIMS IT IS DUE TO RECYCLING. NOT SURE IF IT IS 1200 OR 1202 N. WALNUT.
Tenants keep their recycling bins in the tree plot, recycling blowsinto complainant's yard. Also, untagged trash.
