The family that used to own it is in Ohio. The real Estate agency has been contacted and they will not do anything about it. sidewalks need good maintenance or soon they will be entirely covered up with grass and weeds that are growing over them in the dirt that covers the sidewalkes. See attatched complaint for a list of addresses.

There is a dumpster in the alley behind Burnham appartments. It has been repeatedly placed in the alley. This blocks the alley. The landlord has been notified and has said he will not do anything about it.

These neighbors have left trash bags laying outside. Dogs and Cats come and tear open the trash bags. This is surely harmful to the animals. It is also unsightly and could cause an epidemic. These things draw mice, and rats.
