There is rubbish piles & the back yard needs mowed.
Residents do not use trash tags, leave bags of trash laying around and it strews all over the neighborhood. It's always a mess. Problem has been going on since 1989. Landlord should be made to put a stop to it.
The grass around the house needs mowed & so does the back yard. The landlord is making the tenants mow the lawn, when it gets mowed.
there is trash everywhere.
THERE ARE BAGS OF TRASH ON THE CURB, THEY HAVE BEEN TORN OPEN BY ANIMALS. THEY'VE BEEN THERE SINCE TRASH PICK UP ( TUESDAY).
There are about 10-15 bags of trash in the front of the house and about the same amount in the back.
There is a field at the end of Duncan Drive. The grass is too high. It needs cut.
The Public Works Dept. has had approximately 5 calls within the last week regarding the wildflowers growing near the roundabout between N. College Avenue and N. Walnut Street. The problem is when you are going north on Walnut Street and crossing over to go south on College. The flowers obstruct the line of sight when you are looking north. Can something be done about trimming the flowers back?
Police Dept. reports trash along the road in the 200 block of E. Dodds St.
