This property at 726 E. University shares a parking lot with 700 S. Park (on the back side). They have some sort of private pickup there, but the kids never put it out for pickup, and as a result, there is all kinds of open garbage left piled up in the back and on the side. There are people who are putting their trash on her trash cans ( she has a private hauler) & they also put their recycleables there too. She thinks that the address of the people who do this is 513 W. 8th St. ( she says she can see their mail throught the trash bags.)
