Owner of apt. complex storing trash in sheds which is now overflowing with trash.
Ms. Kincaid owns two rental properties at 1007 and 1009 W 1st Street. Ms. Kincaid stated that the tenants can not see when backing out fo the driveway due to the weeds. Ms. Kincaid stated that some of the weeds are 6 feet tall.
Vehicle has been parked in the driveway for at least a year. Vehicle doesn't have an engine or wheel.
There are weeds obstructing the line of sight at 17th & Monroe. Chandler stated that the weeds need to be trimmed on both streets.
The hedges are 10" over the sidewalk . Aller wants them off of the sidewalk completely.
Grass has not been cut, especially in the back yard. Ms. Clark said that the house has been vacant for approx. 6 weeks.
The house accross the street from 1502 South College has tall grass that needs to be cut.
The entire 4100 block of West Falcon Drive needs to be mowed. The vacant lots have high weeds also.
This is a Habitat for Humanity house. They leave their trash cans out all the time. It is very unsightely.
